My guess would be that "TTW DC Farms" is causing that. Other probable culprits would also be "A Wasteland in Bloom", "Vurt's WFO" and "Flora Overhaul" But I don't know any of those mods so I can't be sure.

added farms afterwards in an attempt to fix the mesh. Found a mod for making maize sway in the wind of all things and renamed one of its meshes. Finally just reinstalled TTW proper after the mesh for the merc grenade rifle disappeared.
