Npcs using supermutant dialogue and not talking to me

So I started playing ttw with 3 mods the deterrent fafairs unique overhaul and essential compaions for ttw mod for hardcore mode but a good portion of the npcs keep saying go away bleeder and not talking to me just saying that line and sometimes npcs won't let me leave dialogue

Incompatible mods breaking dialogue, also you don't need any mod for essential companions this is in Stewies tweaks already.
