Iron sights?

Good morning.
I'm rather late to the party.
I have just installed ttw and it is absolutely brilliant. I never played fo3 because it was always crashing and run very rough.
Now I get the chance to play it much smoother crash free and coupled with fnv.
A perfect mix.
I have one question though!
I've noticed that I can't look down the barrel of the gun in the fallout 3 side of the game.
I recal being able to do it in fallout new vegas.
Is there a key binding for this?
Will the option return when I get to the mohave?
I'm probably not making much sense here.
I'd just like the option to be able to use this function, rather than a crosshair in the middle of the screen.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

It's the block button.
