I have Hoarder and Pack Mule. Immediately after talking to James I leveled up.
Now much encumbrance is stuck at 235 instead of 280 ( with warlord helm )
I put all of my gear into a container and then picked it up in hopes it would reset encumbrance.
This didnt work.

I have no idea what a warlord helm is, so maybe that's what's causing the issue.
