It appears that the latest
It appears that the latest version of TTW has broken some of the mods that rely on it, in particular TTW fixes and TTW_reputation

Wow. Ran the installer in 7 minutes. On a laptop. This thing's come a long way since 2.4 :D
One thing I did notice, however- while doing a manual install, in Optional Files -> DC Reputation, there are two .esp files: TTW_Reputation.esp, and TTW_AnchorageCustomization.esp. I expected the first one to be there, but is there a reason that there are two copies of TTW_AnchorageCustomization.esp? There is a copy of that one in its proper folder as well.
Other than that, it seems to have produced the files just fine.

Great! It built and installed
Great! It built and installed flawlessly. Mod Organizer is definitely the way to go; it paid off. Had I bit of an issue getting it to do the initial start with my current mods but I think that was due to me forgetting to delete the overwrite files. After several restarts slowly adding .esps back into my load order and now its startting with my full load order with my save file seem to be working fine.
Thanks for your hard work.

Not sure the right place to
Not sure the right place to put this - I found a Invisible Wall in Jury Street Tunnels. Using Mod Organizer (ta-da!) I was able to start up my save game with just TTW 2.8 installed and I am still seeing this. The area was fine in 2.7.3. Attached is a screen shot with problem area circled.
