Loadorder.txt seems wrong
The loadorder.txt you have on the guide has a master file listed far down into the list which is causing a recursion. Functional Post Game Ending TTW Patch is an esm not an esp file thus it cant be loaded after Mojave Wildlife (FO3 - style).esp. If you try to do so it causes a recursion.
