Did TTW or YUPTTW "fix" the Ghoul Ecology perk from Point Lookout?
The "Ghoul Ecology" perk is supposed to give the player a +5 damage bonus against ghouls, but due to a misplaced condition it applies the damage against every type of enemy. Coupled with the fact that the damage check is done with every projectile (at least to my understanding,) this leads to being stupidly overpowered when wielding weapons with a rapid fire-rate, such as a Minigun or Light Machine Gun.

Why patch it? The perk effect already has conditions that the target has to be of either feral ghoul or ghoul race, at least in TTW 3.3.2.

I don't understand. Above you wrote that you think it is overpowered as it was in FO3 and now you want it to be overpowered and remove the TTW patch that actually made it work like it was supposed to be?

These kinds is bugs/exploits are fixed, just open the console and cheat rather than doing weird workarounds that achieve the same effect?
