When trying to start a new game (capital wasteland recommended setting) the fallout 3 intro movie plays and then the whole game freezes right as it wants to start loading in.
I installed mods from the compatible mod list from Wasteland Survival Guide page.

Fallout NV stutter remover was the culprit for me on my most recent install of TTW

Please follow our guide, NVSR is way out of date, you should be using NVTF.
