Game crashes right before the main menu fade-in

Hello, first time user, somewhat experienced with modding Fallout. I followed the WSG guide to the exact letter and got up to the Utilities section where it recommends launching the game after building the root for the first time and then using the console to troubleshoot and make sure things are working. Problem is the game goes through the intro slides then crashes before the main menu fades in, after roughly ten seconds. I noticed in MO2 UI logs it reads Starting Root EXE = False just before the game launches although I don't know if that is related, here are the full logs:

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm completely at a loss here considering I followed the guide exactly and don't know what could've went wrong.
