Missing TTW NVSE plugin

Hello, I have installed TTW using the tutorial and nexus collection by Gopher and when I start a new game and choose what wasteland to start in an error pops up saying I am missing the TTW NVSE plugin. I have tried reinstalling the mod and the games from a fresh install and given it an exception from my anti-virus. My installed mods and plugin folders can be found here

Gopher tutorial is a little bit outdated since the new TTW 3.3.2 released 2 or so days ago.
You now need to install ROOGNVSE. It has the TTW NVSE plugin in it.

Use his TTW mod collection, it is already updated with the ROOGNVSE requirement.
