TTW randomly crashing

I've never had FNV crashing experience until I installed TTW and now the game starts to crash between 10-60 minutes of play. I'm certain I have all bug fixes installed correctly.

Check the Essential Mods list in the TTW Installation Guide. I don't see them in your list and you may be missing some very important pieces here (e.g. 4GB Patch, Heap Replacer and Anti Crash).
