VaultRConsolPanel01 Collision issues

the VaultRConsolPanel01 has broken collision, objects and npc's can phase through the front of the panel and become stuck inside.

tested with latest ttw version, no other plugins, bsa's or lose files overwriting mesh/texture

there is a thin strip of collision right along the front of the "shelf" on the front of the console but the entire rest of the panels front has no collision.

This issue wasn't present in ttw 3.2.3 as far as i am aware, i think the mesh became broken in 3.3 or one of the updates.

I've already checked the collision on this mesh, its not broken in TTW.

the mesh i linked is pulled directly from the ttw archive, it is broken.

ive reinstalled ttw 3 times now onto a blank unmodded game to make sure.

install it into you game and see for yourself.

I'm aware that ttw 'fixed" this mesh a while ago to correct the vanilla games incorrect collision box, im saying the current "fixed" mesh included in the download archive is broken.
