Just started getting game crashes out of nowhere since yesterday, how would I go about diagnosing what the problem could be? It’s been fine since I installed it a couple weeks ago but this popped up after doing reileys rangers and trying to leave statemen hotel.
Now I have crashes going places I’ve never had problems before.

Re: Game crashes
First, make sure that you have patched your FalloutNV.exe with the 4GB patcher. Then make sure that you have the newest version of all essential mods from the TTW Installation Guide.
In my current playthrough I haven't experienced a single crash so far. Only one time I noticed my companions behaving strangely and lagging behind. This kind of unresponsiveness always happens in Bethesda games after hours of play, as they are running out of memory, because of the amount of memory leaks that the code has. This problem is present since the days of Morrowind and can be forced by just running across the map. Without the "New Vegas Heap Replacer" the issue can be noticed even quicker. Restarting the game always helps to solve this for some time.
If you're running many larger mods (e.g. AWoP, TTW Interiors, Beyond Bolder Dome, ...) the game will consume more memory in general and over time your savegames will enlarge even more than with vanilla content only. It will also shorten the time it takes for the game to run out of memory. At some point the game will crash.
