I have never played TTW but it seem a very interesting way to play both FO3 and FNV. Would appreciate if any one can give some clarification on the following.
1.Is XP gain slower in TTW?
2.What's the level cap in TTW?
3.Do you earn a perk every level or every two levels?
4.Assuming you start the game in DC are perks from FNV available before traveling to NV?
5.How does overlapping perks in the two games like grim reapers sprint work in TTW?
6.Does traveling early on in the game to NV affect certian quests in DC and vice versa?

- Both. You get a perk per two levels if playing on Hardcore Mode and you get a perk per level when playing without Hardcore Mode
- Yes, all perks are always available. You also have the option of getting traits when you start in DC
- Usually the New Vegas version is the one available
- No, the wastelands are pretty much contained. Although, you will be able to gather stuff from one wasteland and deliver it to complete repeatable fetch quests in the other wasteland (Pre-War Books, Sugar Bombs, Scrap Metal, Coffee Mugs, Teddy Bears, etc, etc, etc.)

Re: Newbie question about TTW
Grim Reapers sprint has 2 ranks in TTW, 1st rank is NV style, and 2nd rank is F3 style.

Re: Newbie question about TTW
I noticed that some armor has both DR and DT, So how is the protection offered by such armor is calculated ?

Re: Newbie question about TTW
I did not like the incremental system in NV which encouraged min-maxing, so I reverted stuff to use DR as in F3, with set level of DT based on the armor tier/type. This way you choose your armor more on your playstyle/build as the only difference will be the effects on it for that armor tier/type.
