Online search has revealed that I can solve this by tweaking something with User Preference, but my Blender refuses to open up User Preference despite me clicking it, so that's out.
It also says this bug was caused by Mesa package Intel drivers and whatnot, which I don't even know what that is. I tried getting this 'mesa' thingy, but the installation process seems beyond me.

Being tied both of my hands, I decided to use the latest version of Blender and get an addon that will allow me to import .nif file, but as some of you might know, Blender 2.93 does NOT export .nif files. It can only import it. I've been told to export a model into a .obj file with 2.93 first, and import the .obj file with 2.49, then export it into a .nif file from there. This hasn't worked out for me, of course. Exported .nif file consists of nothing but an empty model.
Any help would be appreciated.
