Quick question since I'm having issues getting Fallout 3 to run

Ok, so, I finally got around to installing F:NV and FO3 onto my new desktop (Ryzen 5 5600G processor, Radeon XT 6600X graphics, 16gb RAM, so crazy overkill) and decided to give this mod a try, but FO3 refuses to work and the only fix I haven't tried yet requires me to install the Fallout Anniversary Patcher and the Intel HD graphics Bypass package, so I'm wondering if those mods will cause issues with TTW. I understand that I shouldn't have mods installed before installing TTW, but since I literally can't get FO3 to run in the first place WITHOUT mods, I may have no choice in the matter.

And before you guys start throwing out suggestions for fixes, I've spent the past several hours trying to fix it (running on admin, running in compatibility mode (XP Service packs and Windows 7), altering the .ini file (since I'm on Steam, that fix was already applied), making sure it's registering my graphics card) and nothing worked. The frustrating part is that it ran on my 7-8y/o laptop (which was by no means meant for gaming) relatively smoothly before Steam updated the game to remove the Games on Windows Live requirement (never tried TTW on there since I doubted my laptop would be able to handle it), meanwhile my desktop which can run Baldur's Gate 3 on ultra with minimal issues can't even get FO3 to run at all.

Anyway, unless TTW works even if FO3 doesn't run on its own, I feel like I'll be stuck trying to decide between getting FO3 to work and forgoing TTW or just giving up on FO3 entirely. Any help regarding TTW's compatibility will be appreciated. I'll be disappointed if I'm unable to run TTW either way, but if that's the case then so be it.

Ok, so, between me posting this and it being approved by a mod, I managed to find a fix for FO3 that didn't require mods (apparently I had to delete all the .ini files even though this was the first time I've installed FO3 on this PC, which I don't really get but ok). Now, though, I'm having a new issue while trying to install TTW: I'm on the TTW installer and it refuses to recognize FO3 saying that the installed version is unsupported. From what I can tell, it's the most recent Steam version of the game so idk why I'm having this issue. Any advice?
