Problems I'd face if I tried to port Craterside Enterprises

All right, I tried Craterside enterprises with Fallout 3 and I loved the story, and was wondering what the technical prolems are in detail in trying to convert the mod to TTW, especially for a quick conversion for personal use, not a public release. See even the original mod, I couldn't get Moria to move as a companion so I had to coc her everywhere. She counted as present for all encounters for adventure points, all the merchants worked and the STORY progressed, but as a companion she'd fight only if she was coc'ed in. ANd that was fine. I don't need another companion to do my fighting.

Would that happen if I did a simple conversion of Craterside enterprises? Or would there be more to it?

She's a companion mod first and foremost. If you did a quick conversion,you'd break a shit ton of things.

Like? What would be the most important things I'd break? As I said I don't really need her to function as a companion. Now if it breaks things in the game AROUND the mod, things outside the mod, that's something to keep in mind but I'd like to know what those things are.
