Getting consistent 60ish FPS in most areas that aren't PL. Max FPS set to 58 in NVIDIA tool, Vsync off, MaxFPSTolerance set to 118 in NVTF. I have all the performance plugins under the sun including DXVK. My FPS drops to about 20 or less anywhere in PL (except interiors).

We've done the best we can with it. PL never had good performance, not even in F3.
