So I go into rivet city and I see this.
I've never had this happen before, any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

I actually saw that before.
While it appear after installing rivet city merchant plus for ttw, iam unsure its the culprit.
Also not know why it happened.
Iam guessing op use a mod changing rchangar cell extensively.
