Can someone please explain the Tale of Two Wastelands mod to me?
So I know it lets you go from 3 to NV, but how does it work? Do you start in 3 and then when you get to NV you get the scene of you getting shot in the head? Can you back and fourth between the two? Pretty much I want to here how the entire thing works. Thanks much

This is explained in many posts and places.
TTW transforms New Vegas (a total conversion) into F3+NV and tries to create a seamless experience that combines the best of both of the games into one. Weapons, Armor, Mechanics (like crafting, DT and hardcore), etc. Yes you can travel freely back and forth between the two wastelands via the train stations we've added. There are mods that have alternate ways to travel as well.
When you travel Vegas for the first time (we recommend starting in DC) it starts the game as usual after 3 years pass.
