Mod request for climbing radscorpions and flying cazadors

I would love a mod that makes cazadors and radscorpions able to fly/climb up obstacles. Seeing as how scorpions and wasps can easily climb upside down in real life, they should (even with the greater size and weight) have a massive advantage over the Courier in terms of mobility. Yet I can jump to safety from a creature that flies. Hovering robots struggle around small obstacles while the Courier jumps up cliffs with comical ease. Shooting a nest of aggressive flying creatures from narrow, exposed cliffs above should be a terrible idea, instead it feels like a cheap exploit. Has this or can this be done? Plus a NV standalone? I know nothing of modding, apologies in advance.
