Those! reward
Lesko gives no reward for Those! because the Ant perks are locked behind the speech check. In FO3 only the labcoat is optional, the choice of perks only depends on the queen's survival. Not necessarily a bug, just a weird change since after passing the speech check Lesko specifically says he was going to offer the perk regardless and now will offer the coat on top of the other reward. Verbatim: "I was merely going to offer one of my Mutagenic Bioenhancers, but I suppose I could up the ante."

I'm sorry but that's incorrect. There's 2 other options that sets the reward towards getting the Mutagenic Bioenhancers. The speech challenge rewards both, that and the lab coat.

These 2 options sets the Mutagenic Bioenhancers reward. The speech challenge rewards both.
