How to mod Tale of Two Wastelands?
I ask because I read on a similar Reddit post that you can mod New Vegas after the installation of TTW since it basically merges both games into one, but what about Fallout 3? If I uninstall all of my NV mods, install TTW, reinstall the NV mods, can I just install the FO3 mods, too, and they'll work when I'm in the FO3 map?

No. You need to convert Fallout 3 mods to work with TTW. TTW itself is a mod for New Vegas.

There is also no guarantee that NV mods work with TTW, it is a total conversion.
