Casdin dialogue inconsistencies

I noticed the subtitle text upon turning over a few technology to Casdin doesn't match what he was saying. Seems they were manually written instead of simply copied and pasted.

BoS T-45d helmet & Outcast T-45d armor (10008704 & 100086FE)Show

The subtitle says "And what can I give you in return?" while Casdin says "Now, what can I give you in return?".

Enclave tesla armor (10008700)Show

"How you'd like your payment?" is punctuated with a period instead of a question mark.

Outcast T-45d helmet (100086FF)Show

Subtitle says "Not much good on its own, but the optics are good atleast." while Casdin says "Not much good on its own, but the optics are useful, at least."

Alien disintegrator (10008712)Show

Lone Wanderer refers to the weapon as an "Alien Rifle" instead of "Alien Disintegrator".

This isn't the problem with the other dialogues that reuse Casdin's voice lines, though.

I think these are dealt with in a Manan bugfix mod. Or at least one of my recent convo with him about casdin dialog not misleading me.
