Aiming Bug not sure whats causing it

I have this weird bug that happens with one of my automatic whens and my plasma guns all other weapons seem to be working fine this problem is when I aim the sights don't really work as shown below. Any ideas sorry if this is the completely wrong place to put this I just don't know where to ask.

Post some screenshots that aren't so very dark and blurry that we can't possibly see what it is you are asking.

Here you go some better screenshots I'm so sorry about that I didn't realize they were so dark at the time anyway yeah the images you see here are the weapons that seem to be having this problem though at the same time they also seem to be the only ones having this problem at the moment.
1st weapon is modded never been able to find the mods page for that gun again
2nd weapon is all types of plasma weapons I hope you have some sort of idea. the only animation pack I have is a patch version of Anniversary animation pack though the problem still happens if I turn those animations off.

might wanna add the 2nd picture of each gun is of me trying to aim

Looks like Fallout 3 mod added guns or something, they won't work without proper IS nodes.

The plasma guns are regular plasma guns from the base fallout game

Yeah I know they aren’t I meant that it wasn’t a modded weapon at all sorry that was unclear the only weapon animation mod I have on is anniversary addition patched animations. I’m afraid that I don’t know what you means when you talk about nodes an such is there some way I can fix this problem or am I screwed.

The machine gun is modded
Plasma gun only has textures modded and the problem happened before the new textures
I’m running ttw 3.2 I believe
