Wasteland Survival Guide Rivet City History Bug

So, I've happened to come across a bug that I was unaware about during Wasteland Survival Guide quest where Moira Brown keeps asking me about the rivet city history, despite the fact I already did that part of the quest when I did the optional objective. It happened when I was doing The Replicated Man quest when I accessed Pinkerton's terminal to gather evidence on the Android and clicked on another entry of the terminal that downloads the Rivet City History and when I returned to Moira to do some trading to prepare for the last objective.

Moira begins to ask about the rivet city history again when I already did that, went through the dialogue again and got only one dialogue line on taking a break from the research and I can't complete the quest when Moira keeps asking about rivet city history, rendering it impossible to complete the quest. I tried to do the console command which is "set "00014e96".ms03c1 to 4" with the load order to bypass the issue and it's considered invalid. I'm trying to figure out how to solve this issue so I can finish the quest. Any ideas on how to solve this issue for anyone that encountered the same issue?

Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out how to fix it, with some testing. I decided to try the setstage 06014e96 70 (based on Load Order) console command and it seems to fix the issue which makes me finish the quest as normal, you will end up getting extra mentats for it as you completed the objective. Then again, it solves the issue. If anyone encounters this issue, suggest trying this method if you encounter this bug.
