Can't start TTW... again

I don't know if anyone's having the same problem as me, but I'm having trouble starting TTW again. No, I didn't accidentally delete TTW's NVSE file and I can assure I installed TTW properly and NVSE and JIP is up to date. The moment I begin the game, instead of providing an option to start at the Capital or Mojave, it plays the New Vegas intro then it switches to the Fallout 3 one. Then it begins where I wake up in Doc Mitchell's house, indicating that I started in the Mojave. Is there any cause for this and is there any way for me to fix this issue?

Again, you are missing the FalloutCustom.ini, please follow the guide.

Oh, I see. I had the FalloutCustom.ini file, though mine was one from the old version. Things are working fine now.
