It's just weird, the installer gave me a successful install but the ogg encoder didn't open after processing the files and thus I don't have the encoded sound files.
Tried the install out, it works fine but of course whenever there's voice modulation there's that annoying crackling.
Anyone else has gotten this problem before?

I've had the voice issues since 3.2 myself. Always happens during birth with James. I just gave up on trying to fix it.
