deleted/modified records in base dlc (gunrunnersarsennal.esm) causing problems with other mods
while 3.3 modified some records to replace vanilla weapons with gra's modified ones, it unnecessarily deleted some weapon records from the base esm, so now when any other mod attempts to use those, it results with an unresolvable error which will cause problems with the game, requiring patches to fix something that wasn't broken. deleting base records is a bad practice, they should've been left alone and simply detached from everything else, modified via taleoftwowastelands.esm instead of directly changing the vanilla dlc files.

It did necessarily delete the records because people do not get "incompatible" unless the game crashes.
The conversion pack includes a .csv file to use with our conversion script to fix any issues with mods using GRA.
This also drives home the point that TTW is a Total Conversion, and not a mod for NV that "just puts Fallout 3 in NV as a DLC".
