Framerate Issues

Edit: Project Reality was the issue. Does anyone have suggestions on what weather mods are compatible with TTW, or should I just leave weather alone.

This is my first playthrough of TTW and I have noticed that my game is running at a significantly lower FPS than earlier on in the playthrough. After some investigation, I have found that my FPS steadily declines throughout my save files. Older save files run at upwards of 100+ FPS where more recent save files (within 5 hours of my most recent save) run at closer to 80 or 50 FPS. My most recent save runs at 17-21 FPS. I am fairly novice at modding so it is very likely a user error. I am running on a fairly high-end system, and I do not think I have any mods that would cause this issue.
