The title is almost self explaining.
A long time ago I used a mod for FO3 called "Better Power Armors", that gave a big boost on PAs stats, making it useful and lore friendly (because PAs are supposed to be the be all end all in terms of armor, but it is usually just too heavy and slow for just a little more protection, if much).
If there is no PA mod that do it and is compatible with TTW+PN but you know other that is interesting, please name it.
