Why Sniper Rifle and 10mm Pistol were excluded from Grunt perk list?
From my understanding, TTW tried to add the weapons used in Operation Anchorage to Grunt perk's formlist (10mm SMG, Assault Rifle, Chinese AR) but why Sniper Rifle and 10mm Pistol were excluded from this list, despite they were used in Anchorage? Is it because of the balance issue?

They were added to the appropriate lists for other perks.
It doesn't have anything to do with if they are in Anchorage or not.

Were they? I wasn't able to find any referrences for those two weapons' newly added formlists for perks that they belong to in TTW.
Only reference I could find was 10mm Pistol belonging to The Professional list, which was already a case in vanilla NV.
But I guess that's another story to go on about. I now know modified Grunt perk list for DC weapons don't really have to do with Anchorage DLC.
