Well, not great, as such. Make them more attractive, more like.

Radscorp problem is not that they are tough. Not that they are poisonous. Not that they are numerous.

No, radscorpion's problem is that they are utterly lacking in loot. The one or two poison gland you can find on each corpse is of little use (in recipe) that they make for poor loot. Unlike Deathlaw hand/egg. Or cazadores' poison gland. Or Yaoguai meat.

One Restore the cut content "Radscorpion Egg" as loot. Its exist in game data already https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Radscor ... New_Vegas)

Make it stat +30 poison resist (a lesser version of spore plant pod)

TWO Make an alternative Blood Shield recipe using radscorpion egg
+ 1 radscorpion poison gland
+ 1 radscorpion egg
+ 1 cave fungus
+ 1 blood pack
+ 1 purified water

This recipe should make use of resources present in both wasteland. And the blood pack should be the reason for healing quality in blood shield, and the increase in value. AND its name

THREE Adding radscorpion egg to drop list of all radscorpion creature. If possible, the amount advance with the level of creature.

With this I am certain Radscorpion would be great again.

Okay, alternative recipe to make use of the Radscorpion Egg.

1. Alternative recipe for Mushroom Cloud (which use mojave nightstalker egg and reduce benefit of sugar bombs)
Mushroom Cloud (vanilla item)
- 1 Glowing Mushroom
- 1 Radscorpion Egg
- 1 Brain Fungus
- 1 Cave Fungus
With this we can use all very common Capital Wasteland items, and give something like lesser version of Sugar Bombs. Seriously, I dont know what Obs devs thinking make this complex recipe for MC but lesser use than sugar bombs.
And no, this wont be too OP. Cave Fungus is not a common or cheap item and unless you metagame you are not going to visit Little Lamplight early. And mushroom clouds provide laughingly small benefit.

2. Alternative recipe for Blood Shield, as mentioned above
+ 1 radscorpion poison gland
+ 1 radscorpion egg
+ 1 cave fungus
+ 1 blood pack
+ 1 purified water

And this wont be too OP: Cave Fungus is not a common or cheap item and unless you metagame you are not going to visit Little Lamplight early.

3. Alternative, and ALL CAPITAL, recipe for Large Wasteland Tequila
+ 1 radscorpion poison gland
+ 1 radscorpion egg
+ 1 wild punga
+ 1 refine punga
+ 1 whiskey
Imagine as using punga to make tequila, then water-down the poison gland, then make a cocktail with whiskey.
