An useful Wasteland Survival Guide from Moira

When helping Moira complete the Wasteland Survival Guide, she hands you over a copy of her book. The book serves no purpose but in New Vegas it's used as a survival skill book. Considering TTW uses the scout handbook as a replacement for the WSG, maybe the book Moira gives you could be an alternative survival skill book?

There are too many scout books as it is: it replace the big gun skill book. Any place that has BG book? Scout book is there.

So I judge that its role as a dust-gathering item in my inventory is better than to be used immediately.
