Double barrel shotgun critical damage

So I looked around in FNVEdit and I noticed Point Lookout's double barrel shotgun has its critical damage drastically reduced from 30 to 5 in TTW. I just wanted to ask if this change in critical damage is intentional or not because that's not how critical damages should be.

Its intentional because Crit damage in NV is PER PELLET

So doing the math, that equals to 45 damage. Alright then, thanks for clarifying.
