In rivet city, i try to enter the lab, but I end up in the divide. This happens no matter which door I use. I tried the console command 'coc RCHangarDeckAft' and I still end up in the divide. This is a game breaking problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The real question is what mods are you using that are breaking the game? A load order is the most basic of requirements if you need help with a problem.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
