I took the initial train to Vegas without issues. I now however seem to dye whenever I change wastelands back to D.C
It is giving me fatal dehydration and whatnot and I instantly die the second it tries to load me into the D.C station putting me right back in Vegas. If I try turning hardcore mode off it will let me travel as normal, but the second I turn hardcore mode back on it just kills me again. Anyone else have this problem and anyone know what I can do to fix it?

You should have installed the updates, updated JIPLN and installed xNVSE.
