Can't Install new JP LN NVSE

I've been trying to install mods for ttw but whenever i install JP LN NVSE the game will constantly crash on startup.

Make sure you're using the latest xNVSE. https://github.com/xNVSE/NVSE/releases/
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

The latest JIPLN also requires this version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable:
VCR 2015-2019 x84
