Vigilante armor in Hubris Comic is what?

There's a Vigilante medium armor in Hubris Comic Publishing, the big big room with plenty of desk and light shining through the roof, and a big hole onto the ground floor. I assume it has something with beta testing Valiant Vigilante as the terminal entries say.

(in fact, without that armor the whole big space has nothing of importance)

DT 15, and nothing else about it? What's the point of it? Something to do with the Superhero gambit quest?

EDIT: It's in Fafnir's better unique pack I think. Dont know if it's in TTW proper, since the damn thing is too generic.

Yeah, that armor is from Fafnir's mod and it's not in TTW.
