I've found some useful collectible quest mods.
But I haven't seen one for the Items in DLC areas that are useful. Mostly the Ralphie Posters and ED-E upgrades from LR. I'd prefer not having to use guides and switch back and forth. Things like the Intel Cases are usually findable without it or not worth it in terms of gear.

I'd suggest maybe using https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/72447
You might need to bug him to add support for something, I'm not sure if it supports Activators (the form type that almost all the quest things like posters, etc are) but I think he'd be open to it.
