Hello, I am looking for the Shocktrooper Armor, I have seen that it only spawns on a designated enclave soldier that is meant to be random. Does this soldier spawn on enclave patrols (B encounters) ? Or is there a certain spawn on the map that has a certain chance to have him spawn ? I never managed to get the armor, which is why I am asking. Did anyone even find that encounter, and if yes, how ? Thank you in advance.
(I also tried to look for threads mentionning it on this forum and reddit, found zero concrete results).

I've been trying to find the shocktrooper armor as well, were you ever able to find this?

It's in a random encounter.
But that encounter might be broken.
If you can't find it, then assume it's broken and give it yourself using console commands or just give up on it.
EDIT: I thought I better post this here too:
In TTW 3.3, it will not be in a random encounter, it will be on the Armory Master in the Enclave's Mobile Platform.
