Where is Cryolator?

I keep finding Liquid Nitrogen but I still havent found Cryolator. Sure I know I havent wander that much (still not to Canterbury Commons) but this is ridiculous.

If for some reason you dont want changing its schematic to somewhere close to Megaton/V101, at least allow Moira to start selling that weapon with some reasonable rate of appearance.

If not her, then maybe Underworld's Winthrop as a reward for 20 scrap metal, or Tulip selling it.

If not her, then Rivet City's Seagraves Holmes.

Pretty obvious he means DC.

I also note that while Crow does visit Megaton, merchant schedule are shared between 4 different group. So if you visit Megaton, there's a chance one group is there. And in that particular case, one in four is Crow. Low chance~

So I argue Crow is a bad one to hold 1st piece of that schematic.

Moira is the most suitable. Second to her... maybe Moriarty? because of his connection to your father from the day you were brought there, so he's a long time bar owner and resident of Megaton. Or Walter, the old time repairman and caretaker of its water purification facility. You can put Walter to reward that one for 5 pieces of metal scraps (put that as an unvoiced line in his dialog).

With xVASynth, you can make new lines for many characters for Fallout/Skyrim. Walter isn't (yet) one of those whose voice has been processed. You can check out which voices you can use here:

Although the VA for Walter also did voices for Skyrim and Fallout 4, the guy working on xVASynth hasn't processed the voice from any of them. He adds new voices all the time, so he'll get to Walter (or his other characters in the other games) eventually.

THIS! This is critical info~ If I know I just need to T for 1 hour, it's not a problem at all~

Do you know how I got access to 4 merchants? I fast travel to a few notable locations that possible to have them: Rivet City iron bridge (60-70% chance), Canterbury common (10-20) Megaton. If there's not one there, I reload and change the order of visiting them. This is possible only in middle game after we travel quite a bit.

Needless to say early game is impossible to do that, and early game is critical stage to have access to them.

I stand out side megaton at the start of the game, wait an hour or two and next caravan vendor appears. Done it for almost a decade now.
