Casdin's collection quest tweaking

I'd like to suggest a few changes to Casdin Outcast collection quest, in particular the type of items for trade.

Reason: lore friendly and logics.
++Casdin allow AP ammo to trade which is a bit antilogic. AP ammo is the thing that can hurt his people in Power Armor, so why would he allow that in trade? HP and incendiary is fine because PA has strong resistence against them.
++Lacking 308 ammo, while allow .50 which is in sale in more number across the shops.
++ The line of item in trade exceed 10 so we cant use 1-9 button to click it (like Hydra currently dont have one)

Details:
++ Reduce all the good stuffs like AP, HP, incendiary. Casdin trade to wastelanders which he despise, so he wont trade the good stuffs. So it's 556, .50,

++ Adding 308 caliber because its weapon's in operation earlier than Antimaterial rifle (sniper rifle) but the shops sold it in smaller number. In particular jar of primer for its type is super rare.

++ Adding Sugar Bombs as trade item. It's in greater store among mil warehouse, and it's sold rarely (less than mentats and psycho). There's also a very heavy demand for it (ultra jet). If you feel too OP, you can change it to irradiated sugar bombs so we can use it as AP food in combat.

++ Try to keep line of trade items in 9.

So yeah, TTW devs. These are my suggestion for changes.

It's a giant pain to change any of it, have to create dialogue lines etc.

The amounts were cut in half for 3.3 already.

No to .308, it's rare even in NV.

Not changing the amount of items, sorry we don't make concessions for mods.

Sugar bombs are quest turn in item to make Ultra Jet, will not add, besides you can get tons of it from the Dead Money vending machines.
