[REQ] TTW conversion for radio subtittle 3 dog station

I finally found the Fallout 3 mod for showing subtittle of 3 dog radio station. it display an upper left corner message box.

So it doesnt work with TTW.

So please? Anyone can spare a hand converting this F3 mod into TTW mod? Pretty please with a cherry on top
