Increased Food and Sleep needs

While I love JSawyer mod for increased all needs I dont fully agree with ALL of its feature.

So I'd like to know any mod that tweak those three needs (more like, food and sleep, because H20 is enough considering the scarcity of dirty water unless I want a mod for THAT)

Failing that, which variable control the increase speed of those needs and how do we tweak it?

EDIT: From default recommendation I halve the numbers. Situation "improved" nicely right away.
