Gauss rifle does no dmg on impact

I have installed TTW yesterday for the first time. Working fine so far, haven't noticed any bugs so far except this. Started operation anchorage and got myself the Gauss rifle. But to my shock, hitting enemies with it does 0 dmg to them. I am not sure if this is a known bug or just happens to me :/. Anyway have a few mods installed. I have tried the game with all of the mods disabled, the bug still happens. I am just curios if there is a fix for this, if not its ok. Just wont be using the gun .

I have found the cause. It is the latest version of JIP LN NVSE Plugin. I just downloaded older version, to be exact 55.70 version from nexus page, and it is working flawlessly now

Make sure you updated your xNVSE.
Like it says on the Nexus mod page, the latest versions of JIP LN need the latest versions of xNVSE:
