An issue with the bobbleheads
As the title implies, I'm having an issue with the bobblehead perks, namely that they disable when I load the game. They work when I pick them up, then disable next time a save is loaded. I haven't been able to find anything on this issue, so I (finally) made an account to ask for help. How do I fix this?

Post your load order. It's probably some busted mod breaking them.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
