Red Exclamation Points in Capital Wasteland
I followed all the steps to correctly downloaded ttw and all of its updates and have found this issue where there are many red exclamation points everywhere. I have installed this mod many times and have never noticed this issue, any ideas?

I changed up my ini settings a bit and the problem is still there, any other ideas?
