WMIM Esp Replacer
Causing the Issue with the Ratslayers Scope to mismatch or appear shiny gold. Disabling this esp will fix it.

For future reference:
TTW already has the WMIM included/merged in it. So it shouldn't be used with TTW.

Good to know thanks for giving the heads up, I also started using it from Viva New Vegas guide and the issue persisted in vanilla fnv. Cant wait to see some more TTW Updates
