When I was heading towards the mission for the DLC, the path towards it is blocked by debris and the only way to get into the metro is by using a console to noclip towards it. I have two mods I don't know if it was causing it or it was intentionally blocked.
Mods installed that might cause it:
• The TTW Interiors Project
• Fallout 3 Rebirth - TTW Port
If it was intentionally blocked, is there a different way I should have passed?
Edit: Nvm... I disabled the TTWInteriorsProject_Combo.esm... still don't know if its the cause but I really don't want to redo it from a fresh start...

Fallout 3 Rebirth - TTW Port is the cause. This has been brought up before on these forums.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
